Wendy's History

Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers was founded in 1969 by Dave Thomas in Columbus, Ohio.  The chain featured square hamburger patties and Frosties.

In 1970, Thomas opened a second location in Columbus.  This location would add the first modern drive thru window in 1971.

In 1972, the first franchise is sold.

By 1976, there are 500 restaurants and the company goes public.

In 1978, the 1000th location opens.

In 1979, Wendy’s was the first chain to introduce a salad bar.

By 1983, there are 2500 locations.

In 1985, the company merges with Tim Hortons.

By 1987, there are 5000 locations.

In 2002, founder Dave Thomas dies.

In 2006, the company headquarters is moved to Dublin, Ohio where they remain today.

In 2008, the company merged with Triac, owner of Arby’s.

Today, Wendy’s is the third largest hamburger fast food chain in the world with nearly 7000 restaurants worldwide.

I am a whit female with blonde hair who works for Wendy’s and so far everyday I came into work my coworkers & managers have joked on me with. Blonde jokes & went as far as telling another white girl their “we don’t need you no more we got a real white girl now ” rascal comments hurt me and I’m just a hard working woman trying to support me two autistic kids but every day I come home beat and hurt

I I spoke with the manager who said brandy we don’t need you no more. Turns out she stated that joke was for her friend be any and she didn’t make the comment to me but i am waiting on a meeting about the blonde jokes other than this Wendy’s is a great job to work & they truly don’t mean no harm. ,just we you play sometimes people get hurt

Phila pa 19114 acadmy rd n redlion sun 7:00 drive threw . Order a cheese fry not in bag asked keyon attendent said cheese in bottom pulled away guess what he jerked me around no cheese went in parked my car n asked about cheese keyon told did not order a cheese fry which is not what my receipt said finally manger gave me cheese fry but you’re team would be much better without keyon who cares nothing for you’re company product or guest the manager did her job fixed the citation but keyon did not get off his lazy ass n get some cheese for fry my suggestion would be guest relations training for keyon or let clean the tolits and floors where he can’t screw that off or piss off guest

I want to start off saying that I stop eating at all fast foods chains except Wendy’s because my food is always fresh until today. I went to the Wendy’s in Alexandria VA on Van dorn street and I ordered the number 10 spicy chicken nuggets. I didn’t receive spicy nuggets I got regular under cooked nuggets. As soon i bit into the nuggets i had to spit it out because they needed to stay in the frier for about five more mins. On top of undercooked nuggets my fries was like i was eating a bucket of salt. The only thing that was right was the drink. I had already drove off and was down the street but if i knew the food was going to be this bad i would have checked my food before I pulled off. I’m very disappointed in Wendy’s and this is why I agree with the current pay because if you want more money at least cook the food all the way through,

My daughter is employed at a Wendy’s here in Ohio. The treatment she receives from two of the managers is horrible. Her father and I have encouraged her to quit several times, but because she has a son and wants to be independent, she won’t. One manager took a sandwich from a customer and through it at my daughter’s chest and told her to make it over because it was made incorrectly. Several of the employees have quit, including managers in the past few months, just to keep from reacting in a way that would get them in trouble. This place has a very high turnover for employees. It’s difficult to hear about what she goes through day to day at this place and demeaning they are treated. It’s awful.

I live in Monroe Michigan and use the 1712 N Telegraph store.. I stopped going to Wendy’s because issues with the wrong food or missing food I was getting BUT my husband likes the burgers so I agreed to go back, In the last month I’ve ordered 2 large salads, one with the strawberry’s of which I got one strawberry in it and it wasn’t a whole strawberry and another time I ordered a barbeque chicken salad and it had the core of the lettuce head cut in half and was in my salad. I’m not a complainer BUT if my husband EVER asks me again to go to Wendy’s I will divorce him. I don’t understand the problem is with making a salad, Maybe you should consider paying more an hour and getting BETTER help…

I am so disappointed at Wendy’s. First you take away your taco salad and replace it with the baha salad.Now I find out you no longer sell that salad. Please make up your minds.I wasn’t to angry when one of your employee accidently put her name tag in my order. Now I’m upset you changed things again.When I found out about this I actually went to McDonald’s. I know you’re proably saying that’s 1 customer. That 1 customer is 1 less. Please think about that. Wherever did you find such horrible, ignorant, rude employees to work the counter at your restaurant on Mt. Lebanon Blvd/Castle Shannon? I am sick and tired of being ignored when I come in to the restaurant and want to order. Everyone is fighting and complaining about how lousy it is to work at Wendy’s. With attitudes that bad, those employees could not work anywhere and should be grateful for their positions at Wendy’s. They consistently aggravate and agitate the customers into not returning for another meal. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT??? In addition, the place is filthy, tables are all sticky, food all over the floor, dirty chair seats, deplorable bathrooms. Please hire a whole new crew of workers. Sorry to complain but I can’t stand it any longer.

I run a business right next to Wedny’s in Gibsonia Pa. The store just reopened after it went down for remodel. Now in the past week they have set my mulch on fire by throwing down their cigarette butts, gotten rocks all over in my landscaping when they put rocks around their parking lot, and finally they have come down and tried to recruit all my employees offering them more money. If these are the business ethics that Wendy’s actively uses and supports I’m am glad i have never nor will I ever work for this company! They obviously do not teach their managers and district managers well enough to hire and train their own crew they must buy other bushiness people.The store may have gotten a face lift but to bad the company that runs it has not got any morals.

Sence when is it ok for an employer to allow racism in the business and not take care of it I have to say I have several friends who work at one of the wendys in greece ny and are being harassed by the Co manager she tells them or other employees I wanna get rid of all the white people and get more blacks in there she tells one employee that she wants to find a way to fire them cause their to country or hick to be working there actually tells a 16 year old employee she wants to slap her she breaks company policy with trash runs being done after dark last time I knew of the policy states that no trash run to be made after a certain time or after dark she wrongfully has fired or suspended people she is going to a lawsuit if she continues to do things this way and not be comfronted

I went to the drive thru window at your Wendy’s Store Number 5740 on Yadkin Road, Fayetteville, NC. I ordered an Apple Pecan salad. I picked up the salad and drove to my office, and the first thing I found was a nasty hair right on top of everything. Your employees need to pay more attention to detail when serving these items. I threw the salad in the trash.

I was at your restaurant on 9 mile in eastpoint mi and the service was very unprofessional not to mention the food was under cooked my husband order a chicken sandwich the chicken was raw he let the cashier know and she walked away about 2 minutes later there was a gentleman asking what’s the problem and he walked away I’m not sure what the problem was with the workers but 3 additional customers had provided them with problems with their food after said and done a gentleman came out to talk about what was going on my husband explains and told him there must have been a lack of communication between him and the cashier there gentleman the told my husband he needed to use common sense I just left they did refund our money and a new sandwich but due to the service I just threw the sandwich out not trusting what they did sorry about the complaint but this restaurant is very poor in ratings and I do believe there should be a disciplinary action to the whole night crew. This happened on August 24,2014 @ 9:30 pm

My entire family loves Windys but the one on Hwy 68/80 going into Bowling Green, Kentucky a year or so ago it was starting to need better supervisiory in the cleanliness of the resturant and the bathrooms. We went in last night which was Augiust 19,2014 and it smelt of dirty nasty carpet and the trash was in the floor and I went to bath room and the trash can was running over in the floor. I live in Leqwisburg, Kentucky and there use to be a Windys years ago in Russellville, Kentucky now we drive to Bowling Green Kentucky to eat at Windys but usaully go through the drive through but after going in and seeing the condition of the inside and the bathroom I am afraid to think what the kitchen area is like. I sure wish you could clean this resturant up so it won’t go under because of lack of care of the job and the right kind of supervision. I know these resturants were started and kept clean as it could be dealing with all the traffic in and out if I was a health inspector I would close this one till it was whipped back into what the name Windys stands for clean eating area and clean and geat food. I have been in management and I know what it takes to make a business come back and or to stay alive thank you for reading this hope there is movement on the problem.

The customers are so UNHAPPY bc behind the counters the GM I know for sure where I work (smokey park hwy) Asheville NC belittles people, Grabs them turning their body while screaming at them look me in the eyes etc…. She purpously sends you out of position just to scream about you leaving position Makes remarks to people like do you have brains your a blank and thats all your ever going to be etc…. So I’m sorry about the cold or wrong food but we are grown adults most of everyone needing a job working in an enviorment that wouldn’t be safe for your pet to work in there is no help for us bc as you speak up they make you quit or get fired this shouldn’t be the wendy’s way I feel sorry for the workers and its bc of how stressed and unhappy they are that is reflecting on the customer PLEASE do something about how badly employees are treated

I was very surprised when I received a flyer at my Pasco county home of a Registered Sex Offender who holds General Manager position at A Wendy’s restaurant in Hillsborough county Tampa,Fla. Charges for Lewd and Lascivious acts with a minor between ages 12 to 15yrs old. His name is “Jose Ortega”. This is now a major topic in Pasc,county. We just pray and hope no one’s child has to be a victim to such a struck person. Jose Ortega store is located on Hillsborough and 15th in Tampa,fl

I’m really upset about the new Wendy’s commercial. To be with you, is a great song & you all hacked it up! Not to mention the smarthy red head you all shove down our throats. Kill that commercial , get rid of the smart ell ick who thinks she is all that on your commercials, it is not cool to insult someone in every commercial ,just because they are brown baggin it or just broke and didn’t order WENDYS! Maybe they are saving for a house, maybe child support is killing them, maybe their sickly wife gets his lunch packed with LOVE. And all she can do of a morning and has to rest to walk to the chair in the afternoon! People are not ignorant or cheap or dummy’s because they didn’t order WENDYS! To the contrary, the way prices have been sneaking up they wod be wise to avoid WENDYS !

Hire a jingle writer!
Kill all the crappy commercials you have out!

i am very very unhappy with how one of your franchise serviced me at 1:45 am on August 2,2014. I had bought 2 pretzel hamburgers 1with bacon and a cup of chilli lrg dr.pepper and a minute maid lemonade.

1. The pretzel hamburgers had no hamburger on them.

2. The bacon looked over cooked

3. The appearance was disgusting it was just thrown SLOPPY put together.


For me having a pretzel hamburger for the 1st time i was expecting for it to be better than how it was today. The employees are rude to their customers you have one guy always complaining and whem he has to bring the food to your car he gives you attitude and sucks his teeth and walks away. They do not use hair nets for those who have hair. My experience was just flat out disgusting and am very not happy with how my food came out the service. The supervisor said she will have them make ot better but i still have to pay for them. Why do i have to pay for their wrong doing. I would like my money back i payed $17.75 for ridiculous service and food.

I want to make a complaint. The Wendy’s in Bridgewater on US Rt 22 in NJ. I have been there several times and each time the service is horrendous. I do not usually make complaints, but this time they went too far. I asked for a container for a frosty in a waffle cone. The worker was condescending and just says” Uh no”. Then I requested that I get the frosty as the last item since I was going through the drive thru, so that it doesn’t melt. They just ignored it. This was all in front of the manager. I also requested honey mustard for the Chicken nuggets I ordered and they never gave it to me.
Everytime I leave there, they miss something. They are rude and obnoxious. They really should shut that place down. The service is terrible. I will put it on the web if I don’t hear anything back from you.

I was at the Wendy in St Paul MN located on University Ave. Now let’s say I stood in line for 25 minuets, while six people behind me left. I ordered 14 cheeseburgers and 7 French fries to feed the 7 clients I had back home at a group home, I am employed at when I arrived home I had 9 cheeseburger, leaving some of my clients short for dinner, I called Wendys explained I was shorted the burgers I had my receipt and would be back the Manager told me I handed you 3 bags, I said yes you did but the order was wrong he than told me I will have to watch the video tape and call you back when I figure this out, to say the least, I never received a phone call back, I was out the money for the burgers, I had to go to McDonalds and replace the other clients burgers so they could have dinner. I will never step foot in a Wendys again they have far more money than I do, how pathetic the way you treat customers like they are thieves.

I worked at wendy’s in hagerstown, MD for one week and my husband works there, there was papers taken to manager for social services, and was told they had to be sent to corporate to be filled out back in June, my son is now losing his insurance and can’t get his physical for school because of it, I’m very pissed and don’t understand how every other company can get stuff taken care of but wendy’s can’t, I need to know why!

My husband and I recently went to the Wendy’s here in Union City, TN. The service was terrible, and there were not enough employees working to take care of the customers. There was not a long line, either. When we approached the counter a young lady was filling beverages. She continued to do this and not even so much as, “I’ll be right with you.” Actually totally ignoring us.
Your company needs to have one person who does nothing but take the orders and others who are filling drinks and food orders. This is not just a one time occurrence–the service is poor every time that I go. After FINALLY getting our order there was no thank you, I’m sorry you had to wait or anything.
One thing that I realize that the employees have no control over—it is totally absurd that you do not have the beverage dispenser located so that customers can fill/refill their own beverages. Yours is the ONLY fast food restaurant in which customers must wait in line behind ordering customers to simply get a refill. This really discourages me from visiting your establishment.
I would frequent your restaurant more often if the service were better and the beverage dispenser were available for me to fill/refill my own drink.

It seems that all above complaint’s are in the month of July from all parts of the country.
Guess, I need to add mine which is from Jacksonville, Florida, your store number 77, located at 12911 Atlantic Blvd. I was there on 7/26/2014 @ 1:40PM. After placing order the girl asked if large or medium (?) I did not understand since I had order the combo that came with spicy chicken sandwich, fries & drink. I later found it was about upgrading; she should have said would you like to upgrade your order, that would have made sense. While having late lunch there I could hear the manager complaining to the staff about this & that. She was very loud and demanding in her voice. Sorry to see the downfall of Wendy’s by their employees; seems to be no pride in serving your customers.

I was on family vacation with my kids, we stopped in the Wendy’s in South Haven Michigan off of Phoenix Road. The line for inside was 6 people long…each register. So we went to the drive thru. WRONG thing to do! The line when we got there was 4 cars, okay can do that. The wait was 45 minutes to the window! To give our order it was 30 minutes! 15 minutes from the order box to the pay window???? No excuse! We watched 2 vehicles leave, one made people back up in line, the other went over the cement and left! I asked for a manager, explained how this was unacceptable to have to wait this long in the drive thru. It was a Friday night, tourists were coming in. I get it being busy, but we thought to give it another try. Yesterday we went into the restaurant for lunch…The cashier was very slow, got our order wrong 2 times!! Placed the receipt on a tray with someone else’s food, thinking we were staying there to eat. It was just chaos behind the counter. Either the manager needs to hire more for weekend summer help or needs to be retrained in customer service. That will be the last time I will be going to that particular Wendy’s. I will go to the Arby’s down the street. My family members, sisters, cousins, have had the same thing happen to them. For such a booming city with tourists and such easy access from the expressway, I expected more from that location. It was never like this…it has gone downhill in the past couple years. My husband and I stopped for food at Wendys on West Main Street, Babylon, NY, Store #2461, at 6:30 P.M. I was absolutely appalled at the filthy women’s rest room. It truly was disgusting. The floor was soaking wet, puddles, and toilet paper strewn all over the place, piles and mounds of it. There were no paper towels, the toilet was filthy. I went to the counter and asked to speak to a Manager. I told the Manager the condition of the ladies room and he said “OK” I told him it was how disgusting it was and asked him again to respond to this, he said “OK”. That’s it, no apology, no- “I will have someone take care of it right away” Nothing but a smug smile and “OK.” I told him I was going to report this and asked the store number and again, “OK”. That’s it- not only filthy but a poor excuse of a Manager as well.

El dia 26 de julio, en las horas de la tarde, visite el restaurante Wendys que esta localizado en Sunset ( 72 st) y 107 ave del SW en miami, ordene una hamburguesa, teniendo en cuenta el precio que tenian en los avisos, cuando fui a pagar, me cobraron mas, cuando reclame, me dijeron que tenia que leer la letra pewueñita que estaba debajo del aviso. Les dije que eso era engañoso, vino la manager y ni atencion me puso. Me siento engañado, mal atendido, etc , no volvere alli y nunca recomendare el restaurante, al contrario comentare la mala atencion.

Hello, I wanted to say how disappointed i am to find out that the Wendy’s at 43 Sullivan Ave, Liberty, NY 12754 (845) 292-2310 will be closing on Sunday July 27, 2014. My wife and i go there at least 5 nights a week because we enjoy the food there. It appears that the franchise owner thinks he is not making enough money . I guess his greed out ways the need to provide a service to the community. This is a very sad situation .

Well that explains a lot! The last few times I’ve been in there the food and especially, the service had been horrible! We used to go to Wendy’s regularly but stopped because of this. Our order was completely messed up on a Friday evening – the fries were bitter, as if the oil was older than dirt! There was no bacon on the Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers (all 4 of them) the unsweetened ice tea was sweeter than sweet. When I called from the car on our way out of town The manager told me she ‘came in to a mess’ and had been trying to fix it since she’d been there. Maybe she wasn’t just talking about that one specific night! At 5 pm there was 1 person in the dining room – and only 2 people ahead of us, the woman waiting for her salad had been there she said almost 15 minutes waiting for it to be made and waited another 5 after they put it on the counter waiting for the dressing – the other customer in front of us walked out without ordering because he was tired of waiting. We should have taken that as a sign! Oh and I was told by the manager that they would only be able to replace the order Friday or Saturday. $16 bucks down the drain.

July 25, 2014-
On Friday, July 11, 2014 I stopped at the Wendy’s on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. I asked for an Apple Chicken Pecan salad. The lettuce was brown! Yuk! For $6.39, I could buy a lot of GREEN lettuce and make my own salad. On Monday, July 14th I emailed the address on the receipt and complained about the brown lettuce. After I finished the “survey” and submitted it, I got the reply “we will contact you within two business days”. Well, here it is, nine business days later and still no “reply”. Apparently, Wendy’s does not believe in customer satisfaction! I have decided that I will no longer eat at Wendy’s. Your food is too expensive…especially when it is old and there is no such thing as customer satisfaction! I don’t think the founder, Dave would be happy with how Wendy’s is being operated!

I visit the Lincoln heights, OH Wendy’s I had a bad service with the crew I did a survey about my visit the next morning I called and spoken with the General Manager Casey she said she will take care of it I said okay Left it alone. Every time I see the girls I did a survey on they grilling me giving me dirty looks like they want to fight with me. Sunday afternoon my manager asked me to walk to Wendys and get him a sandwich I said okay and went over and got the food the girls were there up front doing absolutely nothing as the girl was taking my order I was ambushed as a paying customer I shouldn’t have to put up with people who don’t know how to do their job they need to leave that off the clock. I will being suing because the General Manager banned for something I didn’t even start

On July/15/2014 @ 12:36PM, I stopped at you Wendy’s location in Wwst View Plaza in Pittsburgh, PA. I ordered a soft Pretzel burger and a frosty. The menu board was right in front of me and said the sandwich was $4.79.. It rang up $5.09. I asked the girl why and she could not understand what I was wanting so I waited til I got to the window. She asked a voice out of my sight and she said tell her it was the tax. The girl hesitated but told me what she was told. I paid and she said I am putting the receipt in the bag for you to go over. I was on my way out of town and did not get to look at it till I got to where I was going. The girl at the window knew that was wrong but had to tell me what she was told. I resent being LIED to. The voice just wanted rid of me because at the bottom of the receipt was the tax. This is poor business. I freqent Wendy’s ofter but this one seems to always have problems with me and my neighbors and friends. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hoping that something will be done about this. Wendy`s store location #41 Marietta GA on Roswell Rd. Staff unprofessional and rude. Gave cashier (SeQuanna) twenty dollars for order and she cashed me out only giving 10 dollars. Moved me to the side to take additional orders, once I noticed I had incorrect change with no receipt brought this up to cashier and Manager. “Oh you did get your receipt”……(me) “no I didn’t”, receipt found in trash behind counter balled up. Assist Manager (Montrell) states he will go to back and count drawer. Came back and told me the drawer was accurate in less than five minutes. “Sorry but there is nothing else we can do ma`am”. I asked the assist manager to view video due to surveillance camera on register and was told only the GM can access. Knowing I only had a twenty dollar bill Wendy’s stole from me and started treating me as if I stole from them. I called police which caused the GM to come in on his day off, police and GM attempt to view video but now the time on receipt and time on video aren’t the same and I am no where to be found on the video. Isn’t that strange. The GM tells me he trust his staff. I guess he thinks that I would go as far as calling the corporate office, calling the police and asking them to stop guessing and just view video for verification and be lying. Wendy’s stole from me and my family!!!! Its not that we won’t survive because of the ten dollar lose but its the principle of the matter. Store #41you should be ashamed….THIEVES AND LIARS. I just wanted my correct change back

My wife and I visited a Wendy’s restaurant at the Moorestown mall area in New Jersey. We went through the drive-thru and was amazed on the customer service that we received. The thing that really impressed us was the thank you’s we got from both the order taker and the person that gave us the food. It was do impressive that I had to say it to the employee. If this is how you train your employees, then Kudos.

I would like to take a few min. and tell you about your Southington ct on Queen st. My friends and I where today 7/22/2014 around 5 or 530 to have dinner there i when to use the bathroom and let me tell you they are very very mess and nasty I told the manger she they were clean and she lied because my went in and said the same thing, the manger was not nice the hold place is very mess the are not clean and the window and trash is full. . I will never eat there again after that .I think something such be your bathroom are falling part and the manger should talk customers with a better repect or find a new one.

My son just suffered a severe case of food poisioning after eating two sons of a baconater Saturday at midnight. He had to go to the ER for hydration after violently vomitting and diarhea. I called the store in Smithfield, Va and spoke to a GM. Supposedly she filed a “claim” and said I should hear from someone. I would think I would have heard something by now, but like her, I guess Wendy’s just doesn’t care!

i worked for wendys for six years at #20 on las vegas blvd under gina garcia what im bringing up is i live in lovelock nevada and the only fastfood we have is macdonalds we desperately need the good food wendys puts out for five of the six years i was the opening manager for your great company we need one here in lovelock theres close to over 4000 people plus

My husband and I were on vacation in Seneca New York last week on Tuesday July15. We were amazed how friendly the staff were. They also fried their fries to perfection!!! Their address is 2012 Ridge Rd. — Can’t tell you when we had a better fast food experience!!! Eileen

I used to frequent the Wendy’s on International Blvd and Fruitvale Ave in Oakland, CA, until last week. While ordering food from the drive-thru, a young man and his girlfriend were shot numerous times by someone on foot. After the gunman ran off, the injured young man staggered out of his car and tried to get help from the employees inside. 2 of the employees opened the door, stepped outside, saw the man pleading for their help, & they immediately shut and locked the door in his face. They proceeded to close all of the shades over the windows, and they all left out of the door on the other side of the building, leaving these 2 people to fend for themselves. The young woman died. Wendy’s doesn’t make food good enough to choke that down! Those were paying customers that needed help. So, I think everyone should know how Wendy’s employees treat their customers. The following day, one of the slain girl’s relatives tied 2 balloons to the fence to show respect. As soon as the Manager opened the store, she went outside to cut them down. 2 small balloons! You can keep your burgers. I think that good customer service goes much farther than just smiling and saying thank you. It’s being human and compassionate. Wendy’s is neither of these things.

Please contact me my wife went to your restaurant and one of the employees threaten to hit her threw her window at the drive thru because she want to speak to the manager. So I drove to the restaurant and spoke to the assistant manager and the whole time I was talking to him they was in the back laughing and having a good time over it talk about what they shoulda done my wife. She had a 6 month old in a 12 year old in the car with her. Jeremy Allemond

I think your commercials are WRONG. You have a ” perfect” girl advertising the food and not once does she eat the food. What wrong with the real Wendy or a more realistic person doing them and will actually eat the food. Is she saying the food no good or what. Just think you should try someone or something new. Just my opinion don’t know if anyone else agrees or not. Thank you for your time

Today (July 13) I stopped at the drive in window at your Rt. 8 branch in Allison Park, PA. I asked the girl for Two Apple Pecan Chicken Salads and then asked to make it three. I also ordered a small chili and three Strawberry Teas, small size. When I pulled up to pay I received a dollar change and said they forgot my chili. I always count my order since this store or the West View, Pa branch always screws up the order. The guy gave me my change and said that the girl forgot to put it on the order and asked if I wanted one and I said forget it. I got home to find I have three Asian Chicken Salads. One person can not have chasers and the other two hate hot dressings. I call the location to report it and he tells me to come back and they will give it to me free next time and I tell him that I have done that and no one gives it to me. I also told him that I got no receipt. None with change and none in the bag. Brian is the guy in charge and he tells me that I should have gotten a receipt and I said apparently your folks are not handing them out and it seems to be your problem not mine.
I am done with Wendy’s. I can understand a mistake once in a,while but why it is necessary for me to pull up and check every single order before I leave is beyond me. I don’t have problems like this with McDonalds or Arby’s. I really enjoyed your salads and some of your sandwiches and chili but is not worth me driving back 6 or 7 miles to go get it straightened out each time.
It is sad that I society of workers do not take pride in their work no matter what they do. Perhaps someone from corporate needs to go undercover to see what is taking place in your establishments or maybe you need to have client surveys to get an idea where your establishments are falling short. As for me it is just not worth the agfrivation any longer

I am currently at wendys. I’ve worked at other wendys before. I know how to do almost everything but the grill. Now with all that said we recently had evaluations and results came back. All the new people that never has worked a day in their life gets 10 cent raises and the people that has experience like me don’t even get one penny more an hour. Now why is it that people who work hard every day for many years don’t get a raise but the people who never worked gets all the raises. Wendys needs to remember that they are not the only company out there I can get a job somewhere else I DO NOT HAVE TO WORK THERE
